Culture + Standards

More Than
A Trainer

Pocket Kings is a standard. A system. A culture built on discipline, mentorship, and the belief that how you train is who you become. This is what we stand for.

01 / The Standard

Five
Pillars

Every session, every rep, every interaction inside Pocket Kings is measured against these five standards. They're not suggestions. They're the code.

Brotherhood
Iron sharpens iron. We push each other because we believe in each other. This is not a solo game.
Accountability
No lazy reps. No excuses. You own your preparation, your performance, and your attitude.
Leadership
The quarterback is the extension of the coach on the field. We train you to lead, not just play.
Composure
Calm under chaos. The pocket will collapse. The clock will run. Prepared quarterbacks don't panic.
Execution
Performance over talk. The scoreboard doesn't care about potential. We train results, not promises.
The Coach

Heath
Williams Jr.

Founder & Quarterback Coach

Heath didn't learn quarterback development from a textbook. He learned it under center. Division I snaps at Tennessee State University and Clark Atlanta University. Real reads. Real pressure. Real lessons that no classroom can teach.

But what separates Heath from every highlight-reel trainer with a camera and a cone drill is this: he studied the game and the person playing it. A Bachelor's in Communication. A Master's in Public Administration. He doesn't just coach throws. He coaches thinkers, leaders, and young men who carry more than a football when they walk off the field.

His philosophy is simple and unforgiving: success starts from the feet up. Rhythm. Timing. Alignment. Body control. No shortcuts. No skipped steps. Every rep matters because every rep becomes a habit, and habits become the player.

What you give will grow.

Athlete
Standards

If you train at Pocket Kings, these expectations are not optional. They define who belongs here and who doesn't.

01

Show Up Ready

Arrive early. Be dressed. Be hydrated. The warm-up starts when you step on the field, not ten minutes after.

02

Every Rep Is Full Speed

There are no throwaway reps here. Half-effort builds half-players. Train like the scholarship is watching every snap.

03

Be Coachable

Correction is not criticism. The best quarterbacks in the world still get coached. If you can't take feedback, you can't improve.

04

Respect the Environment

Respect the coaches. Respect your competition. Respect the facility. The culture you build in training follows you onto the field.

05

Lead Without the Title

You don't need a captain's patch to lead. Pick up your teammates. Communicate. Set the standard by how you carry yourself.

06

Own Your Development

Coaches give you the plan. You execute it between sessions. The athletes who grow fastest are the ones who work when nobody's watching.

03 / For Parents
